You'll book a call with me (Nicola) to get an idea of what's going on - so that I can let you know if we can help. If we agree to book sessions - we can usually start within a few days - I know how frustrating it can be to sit on a waiting list for weeks!

Your investment in the program is £1,997 to work with Nicola or £997 if you choose to work with Ruth and includes eight 60-minute sessions - held weekly - all online.

Ha ha - we all have these! We can discuss options when we speak but if your teen isn't keen on having sessions, I find that parent coaching call be equally effective to make a change your family dynamics. In that case, you'll book the calls for yourself. We can also mix and match sessions between you and your teen - we'll create a program that works for you all.
