The Simplicity Project Ltd Terms & Conditions (Trading as A Little Peace of Mind)
By ticking the box on the order form, you are acknowledging that you have read, agree to and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. We may amend this Agreement at any time by sending you a revised version to your address on our records.
By completing the Application and signing below, you authorize the Company to charge your credit or debit card, as indicated above, as payment for your membership in the Simplicity Project Ltd programs.
Furthermore, you agree that if you are accepted into the Simplicity Project programs, you are responsible for full payment of fees for the Simplicity Project programs, regardless of whether you actually attend the classes.
We are committed to providing all Simplicity Project program participants with a positive experience. By signing below, you agree that the Company may, at its sole discretion, terminate this agreement, and limit, suspend, or terminate your participation in the programs without refund if you become disruptive or difficult to work with, if you fail to follow the Simplicity Project programs guidelines, or if you impair the participation of Simplicity Project Instructors or participants in the Simplicity Project programs.
We respect your privacy and must insist that you respect the privacy of fellow Simplicity Project program participants. By ticking the box below, you agree not to violate the publicity or privacy rights of any Simplicity Project program participant.
We respect your confidential and proprietary information ideas, plans and trade secrets (collectively, “Confidential Information”) and must insist that you respect the same rights of fellow Simplicity Project programs participants and of the Company.
By ticking this box, you agree (1) not to infringe any Simplicity Project programs participants’ or the Company’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights. (2) that any Confidential Information shared by Simplicity Project program participants or any representative of the Company is confidential and proprietary, and belongs solely and exclusively to the participant who discloses it or the Company. (3) you agree not to disclose such information to any other person or use it in any manner other than in discussion with other Simplicity Project program participants during Simplicity Project program sessions. By signing below, you further agree that (4) all materials and information provided to you by the Company are its confidential and proprietary intellectual property, being solely and exclusively to the Company, and (5) the reproduction, distribution and sale of these materials by anyone but the Company is strictly prohibited.
Further, by ticking this box, you agree that, if you violate, or display any likelihood of violating, any of your agreements contained within this paragraph, the Company and /or the other Simplicity Project program participant(s) will be entitled to injunctive relief to prohibit any such violations to protect against the harm of such violations.
We have made every effort to accurately represent the Simplicity Project programs and their potential.
Claims of actual earnings can be verified and examples of actual results can be provided upon request. The testimonials and examples used are not intended to represent or guarantee that anyone will achieve the same or similar results. Each individual’s success depends on many factors, including his or her background, dedication, desire and motivation. By signing below, you acknowledge that as with any business endeavour, there is an inherent risk of loss of capital and there is no guarantee that you will earn any money as a result of your participation in the Simplicity Project programs.
By signing below, you also acknowledge that you have represented to the Company that payment of your Simplicity Project program fees will not place a significant financial burden on you or your family.
The Simplicity Project program instructors are not qualified to provide legal, tax, accounting or financial advice, and the information provided to you by the Simplicity Project program instructors is not intended as such. You should refer all legal, tax, accounting and financially related inquiries to appropriately qualified professionals.
As a participant in the Simplicity Project Programs, you acknowledge that whilst coaching is a potentially life-changing experience, you also accept that it is not an intervention in the form of therapy and that, at all times, you remain responsible for your choices, actions, thoughts, and feelings.
You also understand that you are the custodian for your own health, and that Nicola Bird is not a medical practitioner. You fully aware that the essence of all our Programs will be to direct you towards a greater sense of emotional wellbeing that may have a positive effect on your physical and mental health. You understand it is your responsibility to consult with a physician and/or qualified medical practitioner before making any changes to your medical treatment regime(s) or if you have any symptoms that cause you concern.
You further acknowledge that I understand that this program is not a substitute for proper medical healthcare, and that no guarantees have been made to you directly or indirectly regarding the likely results you can achieve as a result of my participation.
By joining the Simplicity Project Programs, I also agree not to hold Nicola Bird or any other practitioner introduced by her in a teaching capacity into the program, nor the Simplicity Project Ltd (Trading as A Little Peace of Mind)., it’s respective officers, directors, staff or contractors, or any other participant of the group liable for any losses or damages, including any perceived or actual negative changes in your health, whether mental, physical, or emotional that occurs as a direct or indirect result of your participation in these Programs, in perpetuity.
